If you need to change which tickets someone has ordered, we recommend cancelling the order and putting through a new order with the updated quantities or dates. View our help article on creating an order for an existing ticket buyer.

If you need to make a change to the details of an order such as a ticket buyer name, email or some other information supplied when purchasing, simply follow these steps:

  1. Click 'Orders' from the main navigation.

  2. Search for the order using the tools available. You could search by name, email or ticket code.

  3. Once you have located the order, click on it and you should see details of the order pop up.

  4. Click the 'Edit order' button and you should see a form where you can make any changes you need.

  5. Click 'Save changes' when you are done.
