It's easy to edit your orders, when you need to change the information people added when they bought their tickets. You can change to the details of an order such as ticket buyer name, email, or other customer information supplied by your buyer.
How to edit order information
Click 'Orders' from the main navigation.
Search for the order using the tools available. You're able to search by name, email or ticket code.
Once you've located the order, click on it to see details of the order pop up.
Click the 'Edit order' button and you should see a form where you can make any changes you need.
Click 'Save changes' when you're done.
💡 Things to note
If you need to change which tickets someone's ordered, you can also:
Cancel and rebook tickets on behalf of your customer.
Transfer bookings to a different occurrence on behalf of your customer.
