How to add 'admin only' visible tickets

Set up ticket types which only your Ticket Tailor teammates can book

You may wish to have certain ticket types available for your event which are invisible to your customers, but which you and your teammates can book on their behalf.

This could be useful if you have a number of free or complimentary tickets for your event or if you want to reserve some tickets for box office sales.


How to add 'admin only' visible tickets

  • Go to Edit event and tickets.

  • Create a new ticket type for your back-office tickets.

  • Set the price and quantity.

    • In the above example I have 5 free tickets available, so I set the quantity as 5, and the price as £0.00.

  • Tick the dropdown called Show advanced settings.

  • Under Status, select Only visible to admin.

💡 Things to note:

  • Ticket types that are admin only can't be part of a bundle. If you need to include a ticket type in a bundle, you'll need to choose a different status.
