If you log in to Ticket Tailor and land on a Box office overview screen instead of your event summary, don't worry — you haven't lost access to anything. This screen is showing you a summary of your Box offices, and your events are just one click away.
As a reminder, your box office is where your events and organisation settings live, and you can have access to more than one box office through your account.

How to get to your events from the Box office overview
From the Box office overview screen, click the Manage box office button. This will take you directly into your Box office dashboard where you can manage events, orders, and settings as normal.
Why do I end up on the box office overview?
This screen appears when you have access to more than one Box office, or when you haven't logged in for a long time.
Other things to try if you feel stuck
Make sure you are logging in via https://app.tickettailor.com/login
Try clearing your browser cookies and cache, then log in again
If you manage multiple box offices, use the Manage box office button next to the one you'd like to use
If you are a Team Access member joining a new box office, make sure you accepted the invitation email before logging in, and you should see it in this overview.
