A "Box office" in Ticket Tailor is your online ticket shop where all your organisation's events are listed.
Your box office acts as a landing page for your customers to view and purchase tickets for your events.
It includes a listings page (showing all events) and individual event pages (for specific event details and ticket sales). You can share your box office link so people arrive at this page and see all your events, or share individual event links for direct access to a specific event's ticketing page.
You can find your box office URL to share by opening your 'Account settings' menu.
You can customise the design and branding of your box office, through the box office design studio.
You can set box office settings, which apply to all of your events, in Box office 'Settings'. (Some of these settings can be changed on an event level).
You can have more than one box office, if you have different events brands. You can manage these by opening your 'Account settings' menu, then clicking 'Manage' next to the box office heading.
Your box office is different to your account. Your account is personal to you, and you can invite many different accounts to help manage your box office via team access.
