Secure your account
Set up your account with your real name
Head to account settings to make sure your name is correct.
Your account name should be your real name, and can be different from your box office name.
You shouldn't share accounts and log in details! You can invite unlimited teammates for free if they need to manage events and tickets, via Team Access.
If you would like messages to go to a shared inbox (for example a customer support team inbox) you can set this up in your box office settings and contact preferences.
Set strong password
A strong password is at least 12 characters long, a mix of upper/lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols and not used on any other site or app.
You can change your password in your account settings.
Add 2-factor verification
Add 2FA to your account so you can verify your account easily from a 2FA app on your phone.
Add a back up email
Head to Team Access, and invite another email to have admin access to your account, in case you have problems accessing your email from a recovery code.
