How to update a box office owner
Make sure the person taking over the box office is a Team Access member of that box office, with Admin permissions.
Contact customer support via hi@tickettailor.com from the current account owner's email to request a change of ownership.
The support team will help verify and update your account.
Alternatively, you can change an account name and email address from your Account settings.
