You can invite team members to collaborate and help with your event.
What's more, it's completely free for your team to join your Box Office - so what are you waiting for? Add your team so everyone can make updates, check ticket sales, and manage orders when they need to.
How to invite your team members to Ticket Tailor:
Head to 'Box office settings'.
Click on 'Team access'.
Select 'Invite teammate'.
When inviting your teammates, you can set their 'Role', which will determine their access level.
How to join your team's Box Office
Once you've been invited to join your team's Box Office, you should have an email with a link to accept the Team Access invite.
How to join a Box Office if you don't have a Ticket Tailor account
Click on the 'Join your team' button in the email.
If the button doesn't work, click on the link provided below it instead.
Enter your name and create a new password.
Your email address will be pre-filled.
Click 'Get started'.
You should now be in in your team's Box Office.
How to join a Box Office if you already have a Ticket Tailor account
Log out of Ticket Tailor before you join the new Box Office.
Click on the link in the email.
You'll see a message stating 'You already have a Ticket Tailor account with this email address' and will be prompted to login as usual.
Enter your password you usually use for Ticket Tailor.
You should now be in in your new team's Box Office.
You can switch between all of your Box Offices from the Box Office Overview.
💡 Things to note
Once invited, your teammate has 7 days to accept the invitation before it expires.
You can invite up to 25 users within 7 days. After a week has passed, you can invite another 25.
If you need to invite more teammates more quickly, please get in touch with our Support team.
If your teammate sees the message 'A record matching ***@**** was found' this means they already have an account, and need to follow the instructions for joining the Box Office if they already have an account.
