Why isn't my third-party tool working on my checkout page?

We take security and data very seriously. We protect your customers as they buy tickets by controlling which external resources can load during checkout. We have some controls on third-party scripts, fonts, images and other resources that can load on your checkout.

Why custom code and third party tools might not work

If you've added custom code or third-party tools to your checkout (like chat widgets, analytics or custom fonts), they might stop working if they're not on the approved list.

You'll notice this if:

  • Custom scripts or widgets aren't appearing on your checkout

  • Fonts or images from external sources aren't loading

  • Analytics tools aren't tracking properly

  • You see security errors in your browser console

Most standard integrations will continue to work as normal. This primarily affects custom code or third-party tools you've added yourself.

What to do if something stops working

If you've added custom code or external resources to your checkout and they're no longer working:

  1. Check your browser's console for errors (right-click on the page and select 'Inspect', then look at the 'Console' tab)

  2. Note which resources are being blocked

  3. Contact our support team at hi@tickettailor.com with details of what's not loading - we can help review whether those resources can be approved


💡 Things to note

  • Standard Ticket Tailor features and approved integrations aren't affected

  • If you're embedding your checkout on your own website, this won't affect your main site - only the checkout itself

  • If you're unsure whether this affects you, or if you notice anything not working as expected, get in touch with our support team.
