If your ticket buyers see an error message during checkout, it's usually related to your Stripe payment settings. There are a couple of different errors they might see, depending on the issue.
Error message: 'This order cannot be processed because the total is below the minimum payment amount'
If your ticket buyers see this message, it means the order total is too low for Stripe to process. Stripe has minimum payment amounts that vary by currency. When this happens, your ticket buyers will be asked to contact you directly so you can help them with their order.
To resolve this:
Check your ticket prices to make sure they meet Stripe's minimum requirements for your currency.
If you're selling low-cost tickets, consider adjusting your pricing or adding a small booking fee to reach the minimum amount.
You can find Stripe's minimum amounts for each currency in their documentation.
Error message: 'Account cannot currently make live charges'
If your ticket buyers see this error, you'll need to verify your Stripe account before you can take payments.
To fix this, we advise that you:
Log in to Stripe.com and see if you have any notifications or actions pending.
If you don't see anything, please reach out to Stripe support in order to unlock your account.
