How to find your fees per event?

Head to your box office 'Settings' → 'Billing' → 'Chargeable usage'.

After your event, you might want to find your total Ticket Tailor fees. You can find this information easily from your billing page.

  • From your Ticket Tailor dashboard, head to your box office Settings, then head to Billing in the left-hand menu.

  • Click on the Chargeable usage tab.

  • Use the filters to select your event.

  • You can see a breakdown of our fees and how they were collected. If you want to, you can also Export your report.

💡 Things to note

  • Your chargeable usage is filtered based on your box office's local day.

    • This means the fees shown will always match your event's day-to-day activity, wherever your box office is based.
