Head to your Box office Settings.
Select Custom domain from the left-hand menu.
Click the red Disconnect domain button.
In the pop-up that appears, click Disconnect again to confirm. You should then see a confirmation message.
Then, head to Billing in the left-hand menu.
Next to the box labelled Custom domain, click Deactivate.
You won't be billed for this feature after deactivating your custom domain from billing.
How to disconnect your custom domain from your box office
Head to your Box office 'Settings', 'Custom domain', and then click 'Disconnect domain'.
