Head to your Box office Settings.
Select Custom domain from the left-hand menu.
Click the Disconnect domain button.
In the pop-up that appears, enter your domain name and click Disconnect domain again to confirm. You should then see a confirmation message.
Then, head to Billing in the left-hand menu.
Next to the box labelled Custom domain, click Deactivate.
You won't be billed for this feature after deactivating your custom domain from billing.
💡 Things to note
Disconnecting your custom domain will return your box office to its standard Ticket Tailor URL.
Any links you've shared with the custom domain will stop working, so update your marketing materials and social media profiles.
