When you're logged into your Ticket Tailor account, you'll be able to choose to Pay as an Operator at the payment stage.

This option appears when adding an order from your checkout or your orders page whenever you're logged in.

Operator payments will generate a ticket, but won't require payment details.

Manually-added orders are still subject to our service fee, but you can use Free ticket types to avoid service fees.

When paying as an operator, you'll be able to see and select admin-only ticket types that aren't visible to the public. This makes it easy to add internal orders or complimentary tickets without making those ticket types publicly available.
