How to send an imported ticket
If you're selling tickets on multiple platforms, or want to import complimentary or sponsorship tickets, you may have imported some attendees. To send a ticket to an imported ticket holder after you've imported it:
Head to your event in your box office.
Go to 'Email broadcasts'.
Set your recipients as 'Imported ticket holders'. You can choose all imported ticket holders or just one imported batch.
Add the placeholder called 'Ticket voucher' to your broadcast.
Continue to send your broadcast as normal.
💡 Things to note
Imported tickets with the same email address will receive all tickets together in one email.
Sent tickets can be scanned in the check-in app.
If you're sending a broadcast to regular ticket holders and your event also includes imported tickets, you'll see a reminder that imported tickets won't receive that broadcast.
You'll need to create a separate broadcast to send information to imported ticket holders as well.
