Open your Box office Settings and then select Billing from the left-hand menu.

There, you’ll see details of any monthly add-ons you’ve activated for your Box office.

Next to ActiveCampaign, choose Deactivate to cancel your monthly payment, and to disconnect your Ticket Tailor and ActiveCampaign accounts.

Go to your Box office Settings, and select Integrations from the left-hand menu.

Find the ActiveCampaign integration and choose Configure to open a list of the workflows you’ve already set up.

Click the three-dot icon and choose Delete to remove an individual workflow.
