How to make a claim for a refund if you purchased Refund Protection
If you added Refund Protection to your order at checkout, you may be able to claim a refund if you’re no longer able to attend your event.

How to activate your XCover Account
After you completed your booking, you should have received a separate confirmation email from XCover. This message includes a link to activate your XCover Account.
If you can't find the email, check your spam folder.
To manage your protection or make a claim, you’ll need to activate your XCover Account by clicking the link in the email.
How to submit a claim for refund protection
Go to xcover.com/claim
Follow the steps to provide the reason for your claim and upload supporting documents.
XCover will let you know what documents are needed (like receipts, medical notes, travel proof, etc.) depending on your situation.
You can track the progress of your claim by logging into your XCover Account and heading to the 'Your Claim' section.
After submitting your claim, XCover’s Claims Team will review it and usually respond within 2–3 business days.
They may get in touch if they need more information, so be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder!) regularly.
✅ If your claim is successful, your refund will be processed directly by XCover.
❌ If your claim is declined and you want to follow up, you’ll need to contact XCover via their Help Centre.
