The easiest way to check your attendees in is by using the free Ticket Tailor Check-in app.

Download the Check-in app:

If you don't want to use the app, you can check in your attendees from your Box Office on a computer or laptop, or print a paper doorlist.

How to check in tickets from your Box Office

  • Head to Events and open the event or occurrence you'll be checking in tickets for.

  • Open Issued tickets from the side-menu.

  • Search for your attendee, and click on their ticket code in the list to open a pop-out with their ticket details.

  • Click the Check in button to mark the ticket as checked in.

How to print a paper doorlist

  • Head to Events and open the event or occurrence you'll be checking in tickets for.

  • Open Issued tickets from the side-menu.

  • Click Export doorlist for a list of names to print and tick off.

    • If you need the answers to attendee questions at check-in, use the Check-in App or export a line item report with attendee questions included.

šŸ’” Only team members with permission to view attendee data can export doorlists. If you can't see the Export doorlist button, contact your box office owner to update your permissions.
