How to change the picture on your event page
Open your event.
Click Edit event and tickets from the left-hand menu.
Under Choose or upload an image, choose Upload.
If you've previously uploaded an image, click Delete image, and you'll have the option to upload a new image.
You can upload an image in PNG, JPG, and JPEG formats.
When you upload an image, it'll automatically be added as the Header image (the big image at the top of your event page and shared on social media) and Event page image (the square image that will be shared in your box office).
If you want two different images, you can replace either by clicking Delete image and uploading a new one.
Your Header image dimensions depend on your current theme style. You can see the recommended size by hovering over the info icon.
If you're uploading a separate thumbnail Event page image, it should be 500 x 500 pixels (square).
You can use the slider to zoom in and back out of the image if you need to.
We recommend adding Alternative text to make your event image accessible.
How to add additional header images
You can add up to 10 additional images that'll appear as slides after your main header image on your event page.
After you've uploaded a Header image, you'll see the Header additional images field appear.
Click Add additional images to upload extra images.
You can upload up to 10 additional images.
Once uploaded, you can click the edit icon to add your Alternative text.
These images will appear as slides in the slideshow at the top of your event page, after the main header image.
If you remove your main Header image, any additional images you've uploaded will be removed too.
Additional images will use the same alternative text as your header image unless you add specific alternative text to each image. We recommend adding unique alternative text to each image.
