In an instance where you'd like to prevent specific email addresses from being able to purchase tickets, you can add those to a list of 'Banned emails' so that they can't complete an order in your Box office.
How to block purchases from a specific email address
Open 'Box office settings', and then the 'Banned emails' tab from the left hand menu.
You can type or paste emails you'd like to block into the text field — just make sure to only enter one email address per line.
You can also customise the error message text that customers will see if they try to check out with an email address that has been banned.
When you're finished adding your list of banned emails, click 'Save'.
