Can I ban purchases from a specific email address?

In an instance where you'd like to prevent specific email addresses from being able to purchase tickets, you can add those to a list of 'Banned emails' so that they can't complete an order in your Box office.

How to block purchases from a specific email address

  • Open 'Box office settings', and then the 'Banned emails' tab from the left hand menu.

  • You can type or paste emails you'd like to block into the text field — just make sure to only enter one email address per line.

  • You can also customise the error message text that customers will see if they try to check out with an email address that has been banned.

  • When you're finished adding your list of banned emails, click 'Save'.
