Occasionally, you might want to blacklist someone, or stop them from buying tickets from your box office.
It's easy to ban purchases from specific emails, so that orders can't be made with that email.
How to ban a ticket purchase from a specific email
Open your 'Settings'.
Select 'Banned emails' from the left-hand menu.
Enter the email address of the buyer you want to block from buying tickets.
Optionally edit the error message you'd like to show if this customer tries to buy a ticket.
You're done! If someone tries to buy a ticket with this email, they won't be able to, and will get an error at checkout.
💡 Things to note
To let banned emails buy tickets again, just delete their email from the box.
A banned email will be blocked from placing orders for any of your events or buying products from your store.
You can only ban up to 350 emails.
