From anywhere in your box office, click on your box office name in the top right of the navigation bar.
From the dropdown menu, choose 'Account settings', then 'Security and password'.
If set up, you will be prompted to provide your 2FA code at this stage.
Set your new password.
Enter your current password.
Enter your 2FA code, if applicable.
Click 'Change password'.
Forgot your password?
Click on the 'Forgot my password' button on the login page to reset your password.
💡 Things to note
You will be logged out of all existing sessions on other devices when you change or reset your password.
