What ticket information can I see?

View specific details for each issued ticket from 'Orders' or 'Issued tickets' in your event.

When you view a ticket which has been issued for one of your events, you will be able to see some information about that ticket.

Under 'Ticket details' you will see:

Ticket code:

An automated ticket barcode (or a custom barcode if you imported your tickets).

Attendee email:

If you're viewing your ticket details from the 'Orders' page, not from the 'issued tickets' list for your event, you'll see an attendee email attached to the ticket. Attendee emails automatically take the buyers email (unless an attendee email has been imported).

Status:

Active or void. (Void means the ticket is no longer valid).

Ticket type:

The name you gave your ticket when you created it.

Checked in:

The check-in status of your ticket.

+ Any custom questions you added on your check in form.
