How can you manage tickets?

Tickets are usually part of an order. Tickets are always related to an event in your Box Office.

Some tickets can exist without an order, for instance, if you import them, and some orders contain products as well as tickets.

You can find all of your tickets by heading to your event, and then selecting 'Issued tickets' in the event menu. From here, you can view and manage tickets for that event.

There are some management options that only apply to tickets:

Ticket management

  • You can void items to invalidate the ticket, and stop it being scanned. (This will not affect your revenue or issue refunds).

  • You can import tickets in bulk. (Imported tickets won't create an order).

  • You can resend tickets to the buyer or the imported ticket holder via an email broadcast. (You can't send tickets to attendees directly, if they didn't buy the ticket themselves).
