What are the fees for using seating charts?

Seated reservations count as 1 extra usage per order. 1 seated ticket sold = 2 usage credits.

Our seating chart feature incurs additional costs for all users. The additional cost of a seat reservation is the same as the 'Pay as you go' rate. If you have Pre pay, it costs one additional usage.

Understanding additional costs for seating charts

Pay as you go

Pre pay

GBP

£0.60

USD

$0.85

AUD

$1.10

CAD

$1.00

EUR

€0,70

The above fees will be added to your normal cost per ticket. For example:

  • With 'Pay as you go', a paid-for ticket sold using seating charts will incur the usage fee twice - once for the paid-for ticket and once for the seat reservation. For example, in GBP it will cost £1.20 per ticket.

  • With 'Pre pay', if you have 1000 credits in your balance, you can sell 500 paid-for tickets using the seating chart, or 1000 free tickets using the seating chart.

💡 Things to note

  • Our charity discount applies to these fees.

  • Further information can be found in our terms and conditions.

  • Regular fees will apply for seated reservations even during testing. For example, if you are testing with $0 seated tickets, you will still be charged 1 usage fee for the seated reservation.

  • Marking seats as 'not for sale' does not incur any usage fee. You can do this via the Seating Chart tab in your event settings.
