How to share your draft event

  • Create your event by clicking on the 'Add new event' button on either your Overview dashboard or on the Events tab.

  • Fill out all of the details about your event, and add your ticket types.

  • Hit 'Save event'.

  • Your event will now be saved in a draft state and you'll see the option to 'Share draft link' at the top of the page.

  • Click the 'Share draft link' button to generate a link that you can share with anyone to allow them to view your event.

  • When they open the link, they'll see the event name followed by "[DRAFT]" so they're clear it's a preview.

How to place a test order on a draft event

  • The person you shared your event with will be able to complete a full ticket sales, as if your event is live. If they complete payment on a draft event, they will be charged. To avoid paying for tickets when testing you can either:
