It's easy to edit your orders, when you need to change the information people added when they bought their tickets. You can change to the details of an order such as ticket buyer name, email, or other customer information supplied by your buyer.
How to edit order information
From your Ticket Tailor dashboard, head to Orders.
Search for the order using the search bar and filters available. You're able to search by name, email, transaction ID, or ticket code.
Once you've located the order, click on it to see details of the order pop up.
Click the Edit details button and you should see a form where you can make any changes you need.
Click Save changes when you're done.

If you need to change which tickets someone's ordered, you can also:
Cancel and rebook tickets on behalf of your customer.
Reschedule bookings to a different occurrence on behalf of your customer.
