How can my attendees make a donation?

Head to 'Events' > 'Edit event and tickets' > 'Event settings'.

  • From your Ticket Tailor dashboard, head to Events, then select your event and choose Edit event and tickets from the left-hand menu.

  • Scroll down to the Tickets and items heading, and tick the checkbox marked Allow customers to make a donation under the Donations section.

  • You can then set a Donation title, Donation description, and an optional Suggested donation amount.
