How to choose where to send your 'new order' notifications

Go to your 'basic settings' to specify who should get notified about a new order.

Notifications about new ticket orders which have been made for your events are automatically sent to the box office owner. You can edit this, and add extra emails to send your order notifications to, for example, a customer support inbox, to give you complete flexibility.

How to adjust your order notifications

  • Use the cog icon to open your Box office Settings.

  • Head to Basic settings.

  • Select the checkbox called Send new order notifications by email to get notified every time someone places an order.

    • To get notifications to the account owner email, tick the Account owner checkbox.

    • To send emails to a different email, such as a customer support inbox, click the Add email button. You can add as many emails as you would like here if multiple people need to be notified about order confirmations.

    • You can add up to 3 emails to get notifications.

  • Save your changes.


💡 Things to note

  • You can't send new order notifications to specific emails per event. All confirmations sent from your box office will be sent to all emails added in your basic settings.
