💡 This feature is exclusively for white label users.

You can upload a custom background image to your PDF tickets, so every ticket your attendees receive looks and feels on-brand.

You could choose to show off your event photography, reinforce your brand colours, or even add key event information.

💡 Things to note

  • This feature is only available on white label. If you're not on white label, the Customise PDF option won't appear.

  • Your background image should be cropped to A4 dimensions – there's a built-in crop tool to help.

  • The ticket voucher will cover the top-left quarter of the page, so avoid placing key design elements there.

    • You can download our ticket voucher template to help you with the design spacing.
