It can be useful to send tickets out as a PDF to make it easier for ticket buyers to print, share and download tickets to their phone.
How to add PDF tickets to your event confirmation emails
From your Ticket Tailor dashboard, head to your box office Settings.
Click on Email templates from the left-hand menu.
Under the Standard tab, you'll see a section for the Event confirmation email. Click the Edit button.
Tick the box at the bottom that says Attach ticket vouchers as a PDF and then click Save.
Your ticket buyers will now receive a PDF attached to their event confirmation email.

The Customise PDF dropdown underneath the Attach ticket vouchers a PDF checkbox only appears if you're using a custom domain.
