To capture your audience before your tickets go on sale, we recommend using a waiting list.
How to collect email addresses before your event tickets go on sale
From your Ticket Tailor dashboard, head to Events, then select the relevant event.
Set up a waitlist for your event by opening the Edit event and tickets menu in your Event settings.
Open the Advanced settings and tick the checkbox marked Activate waitlist.
Set each ticket status to Hidden, or use the Hide until a set date and time option. Both are under Advanced settings for each ticket type.
Publish your event, and your buyers can to sign up to the waitlist before your tickets go on sale.
💡 Things to note
Ticket buyers won't be able to see the waitlist form if your event state is set to Draft.
