Sometimes you want to send the same Email broadcast to a different group of ticket buyers.
For example, you may have a fully customised broadcast template which contains all of your event FAQ's, or you might want to duplicate a broadcast you use when resending tickets a couple of days before the event.
If you spent a long time creating a broadcast, it's easy to reuse it in a new event.
How to copy an Email broadcast
Open your event where you want to send the Email broadcast .
In the top right of the screen, use the dropdown to 'Copy broadcast from...' and you will see a list of broadcasts you've sent previously. (This includes broadcasts from other events in your box office).
Choose the Email broadcast you want to copy, and click on it.
The Email broadcast editor will fill with your old content - and you can edit it to make changes before sending it as usual.
