With Ticket Tailor, all of your attendee data is yours. Whether you're exporting answers to custom questions regularly to help set up your event, sharing sales breakdowns with partners and promoters or using check-in data to plan your next marketing campaign, you can download the data you need from your 'Orders' page.
Use the star to save your favourite report configurations, to make your reporting repeatable and easy.
How to save an export
Head to Orders.
Use the filters if required.
Use the actions dropdown menu to select Export.
Check and un-check the boxes to customise the data you need.
Click Save report. A pop-up will appear asking you to enter a report name.
Give your report a memorable name, so that you can use it again easily.
You'll see a message letting you know your 'Report was successfully saved'.
Download your data by clicking Download report.
Next time you export your orders, you'll see a dropdown saying Select saved report, where you can get the filtered report you've just saved!
How to remove a saved report
Head to Orders.
Click the Actions dropdown and click Export.
From the Select saved report dropdown, choose the report you want to remove.
Just below, click the Remove "[report name]" from saved reports link.
💡 Things to note
Starred reports are saved per user so what you save can't be seen by anyone else with access to your box office.
Saved reports that filter by specific ticket types are event-specific. Even if ticket types share the same name across events, they are treated as individual items and will not be automatically applied to a different event's ticket types. You'll need to update your filters manually when running the report for a new event.
Saved reports store your chosen column layout and data fields. They do not save time-sensitive filters such as event or order date range. You will need to apply these filters manually each time before exporting.
