If your credit card has expired or you want to change how you pay for Ticket Tailor, you can amend your payment details at any time. This help article will show you how to update your card details ahead of your next billing date.

How to update your card details ahead of your next billing date

From your Ticket Tailor dashboard, head to your box office Settings and select Billing from the left-hand menu.
Under the Payment details tab, click the button marked Update card details.
On the Update payment details screen, enter your new card details and click the Update button.
Your new card will be charged on your next billing date.

💡 Backup cards can come in handy in case your primary payment card fails. We recommend setting a backup, just in case.
