What emails will I get as an organiser?

How to manage your notifications about new ticket emails, and emails from your buyers

When you create a Ticket Tailor account to sell tickets online, you're automatically set up to get handy notification emails, telling you about important information.

What email notifications will I get?

  • New order notifications

    • These are sent every time someone places an order (aka buys a ticket!)

    • They are automatically sent to your Box office owner email

    • They can be sent to other email addresses, or turned off entirely, from your 'Settings' > 'Basic settings'

  • Emails from your ticket buyers

    • Questions about your events will be sent to the email you chose when you set up your box office.

    • You can change this email from 'Settings' > 'Contact preferences'

  • Invoices

    • Your invoices detail your ticketing fees, charged by us. These are sent to your Box office owner's email address.

    • Other members of your box office can view all of your invoices on your billing page.
