Sometimes you might want to issue free tickets to your event, for press or VIPs. You can do this in just a couple of steps!
How to issue complimentary tickets
Create an Operator order from your 'Orders' tab for the person getting a complimentary ticket.
You can also quickly put tickets aside for an event by placing them on hold.
💡 Things to note
Operator orders are charged in the same way as regular tickets. If the ticket has a value, a ticket credit will be deducted from your balance, or added to your PAYG bill.
Operator orders which have a ticket value will update the revenue in your event analytics.
