Log in to your Ticket Tailor account.
Select the settings menu at the top right.
Click ‘Account settings’.
Under the heading ‘Two-factor authentication’, click the button labelled ‘Deactivate 2FA’.
💡 Things to note
If you lose access to your 2FA app, you'll need to contact a teammate with admin access to your box office, to ask them to invite you to the account using an alternative email address.
If you have no admin teammates, please our customer support team, who will need to verify your identity to help you.
