How to deactivate two-factor authentication (2FA)

Remove two-factor authentication from your 'Account settings'.

  • Log in to your Ticket Tailor account.

  • Select the settings menu at the top right.

  • Click ‘Account settings’.

  • Under the heading ‘Two-factor authentication’, click the button labelled ‘Deactivate 2FA’.


💡 Things to note

  • If you lose access to your 2FA app, you'll need to contact a teammate with admin access to your box office, to ask them to invite you to the account using an alternative email address.

  • If you have no admin teammates, please our customer support team, who will need to verify your identity to help you.
