How to export a list of all refunded orders
Open the 'Orders' tab.
Under 'Order status' filter your orders to only show 'Refunded orders'.
Open the 'Actions' dropdown, and click 'Export'.
Select the 'Overview report'.
All overview details are automatically checked within each section. You can uncheck these in bulk first.
Within the 'Order details' section, make sure you select:
'Order cancelled'
'Refunded amount'
'Credited out amount'
'Remaining order value'
'Tax refunded amount'
'Tax credited out amount'
Click 'Download report' and you'll get a CSV containing all of your refunds.
💡 Things to note
If you're going to download this report a lot, you can click 'Save report' to make it easier to download again.
