Ticket Tailor's default ticket design is an automatic email sent to your buyers after they buy a ticket. Their default ticket contains a QR code and barcode, with a unique order number, as well as a link to add a calendar reminder.
💡 For more information on customising your order confirmation email, please see the help article How to edit your Order confirmation email.
By default, the ticket email looks like this:
You can customise your event confirmation email however you wish, using placeholders to add and remove information.
Your tickets can also be attached to the email as a PDF, which makes them easier for buyers to print, share and save to their phone: How do I send tickets as a PDF?
💡 Things to note
The ticket in the body of the email is always this design. If you send tickets as a PDF too, that PDF is a separate attachment with its own layout.
If you're using white label, you can replace the PDF's background with your own custom design: How can I customise my PDF ticket?
The QR code is 161 x 161 px.
You can export ticket codes for your issued tickets to use them with other services, for example turnstiles.
