It can be useful to send tickets out as a PDF to make it easier for ticket buyers to print, share and download tickets to their phone.

How to add PDF tickets to your Event confirmation emails

Tick the box at the bottom that says 'Attach ticket vouchers as a PDF' and then click 'Save'.

Your ticket buyers will now receive a PDF attached to their order confirmation email.

- Go to 'Box office settings'
- Click on 'Confirmation emails'
- Choose 'Event confirmation emails'
- Tick the box at the bottom that says 'Attach ticket vouchers as a PDF' and then click 'Save'.

Turn this feature on via 'Box office settings' > 'Confirmation emails' > 'Event confirmation emails'.
