It can be useful to send tickets out as a PDF to make it easier for ticket buyers to print, share and download tickets to their phone.

To set this up, go to Settings, click on Order confirmation, choose whether you want to edit the 'Global' or 'Event specific' email, and then tick the box at the bottom that says Attach ticket vouchers as a PDF and then click Save.

Your ticket buyers will now receive a PDF attached to their order confirmation email that looks like this:
