If you're selling gift vouchers for your events and experiences, you might want to edit them to create a super-branded experience.
How to customise your gift voucher
Head to 'Promote'.
Click on 'Voucher codes' in the left-hand menu.
Click on the voucher you want to customise.
Click 'Sell vouchers' to open the editor where you can customise your voucher, and sell it as a linked product.
Click 'Customise gift voucher'.
Select the colour of your voucher by adding a hex code or using the colour picker.
Choose your gift voucher image from the drop-down.
Click 'Save'.
You can also customise the confirmation email that gets sent with your gift voucher from your box office settings.
Customise the gift voucher email that gets sent to your buyer
From the 'Box office settings' section of your dashboard, choose 'Email templates' from the side menu.
Choose the 'Gift voucher' tab.
Here, you can edit your 'Gift voucher confirmation email' as you would when editing an email.
Use the formatting buttons to bold or italicise certain parts of text, insert images, and turn text into links.
Use the people icon to add 'Placeholders'. These can be used to automatically place some buyer details, or order details, into the order confirmation email. Click the 'Placeholders' button and choose the field from the drop-down menu.
When you’re done, click the button marked 'Save'.
💡 Things to note
Selling a gift voucher as a linked product will cost 1 credit/PAYG fee per 1 sold product. When a voucher code is redeemed, the ticket is still regarded as "sold", and will incur 1 credit/PAYG fee per ticket or product as per our usual fees.
