The 'Event capacity' tracker gives you a quick, visual snapshot of how many tickets you’ve sold, and how many are still available.
You’ll see it when creating or editing an event, when editing ticket capacity, and on your 'Event summary'.
It helps you:
See total ticket sales across all ticket types, at a glance.
Understand your remaining capacity.
Spot if you’re close to selling out.
Make informed decisions about increasing or decreasing ticket limits.
💡 Things to note
The ticket capacity tracker won’t appear when editing a ticket in a recurring event because the capacity is shared across all dates. To see the capacity for a specific date, head to the 'Event summary' and select the relevant occurrence.
Capacity data is live when you first load your event summary. If you leave the page open for a while, just refresh to get your latest figures!
