If you've used Zapier with Ticket Tailor for a long time, you might have old Zaps still active from our older integration. We recommend you reconnect Zapier to Ticket Tailor with the up to date connection.
These appear in a new 'Legacy Zapier' tab in your API settings, where you can view and delete them.
How to view your legacy webhooks in Zapier
Go to your box office settings.
Click 'API'.
Select the 'Legacy Zapier' tab.
ou'll see a list of any legacy webhooks, including the target URL, event type, and when each webhook was created.
How to delete a legacy webhook
If you see webhooks listed that you're no longer using, you can delete them manually.
Click the three dots next to the webhook you want to remove.
Select 'Delete'.
Confirm the deletion.
If you don't see the Legacy Zapier tab
The 'Legacy Zapier' tab only appears if you have legacy webhooks remaining. If you don't see it, you don't have any legacy webhooks to manage.
💡 Things to note
Deleting a webhook here stops data being sent to that URL, but it doesn't delete the Zap in Zapier itself.
If the Zap is still active in your Zapier account, you should disable or delete it there too to avoid errors.
Once deleted, the webhook is permanently removed and can't be recovered.
