Exporting your order information enables you to download all of your order and customer data for a particular event - or all of your events - as a CSV spreadsheet for use in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

How to export your order information

A gif showing instructions 1-3 below.

  1. In the 'Orders' section of your dashboard, use the search and filtering options to get a list of the orders you want to export. (For example, if you want to export all the orders for a particular event, select it from the 'Event or store is' menu and you will see the list of orders update).

    1. If you want to export a selection of your orders, use the checkboxes to select the orders you want to export. (You can bulk-select a page of orders by checking the first box).

  2. Click the 'Actions' menu.

  3. Click the 'Export order' option.ย

  4. From the pop-up, you can choose to export the 'Overview report', which contains the basic data for each order, or the itemised 'Line item report', which includes a breakdown of each item within an order.

  5. Select the details you would like to see in your export. You can add or remove whole sections of data or you can choose the specific fields you would like.ย

    1. Optional: Use the star to save your filters to use again.

  6. Click the 'Download report' button.

๐Ÿ’ก Things to note:

  • The generated spreadsheet will include only those lines shown on screen at the time โ€“ so if you have filtered by an event, a range of order dates or by order status, youโ€™ll only get data relating to those filters.

  • Your data will be downloaded as a CSV file which can be imported to other programs such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

  • ๐Ÿ‘€ View an example order report. (The 'Overview report' is in tab 1, and the 'Line item report' is in tab 2).
