How to find your past invoices

Go to your box office 'Settings' → 'Billing' → 'Invoicing' → 'Invoice history'.

You can download any of your past invoices in PDF form. This help article will show you how to find and download your bills.

How to find your invoice history

  • Under the Invoice history heading, you’ll find a list of all your previous invoices.

  • Click the three-dot menu to the right of your invoice.

  • You should see the option to Download, which will download a PDF version of your invoice.
