Why am I seeing "Invalid or expired token" when I try to log in?

This message is a harmless login check. Type your email and password manually to log in.

If you've seen this message on the login page, there's nothing wrong with your account. It's a quick, harmless check your browser does before the login form even loads, and it doesn't stop you from logging in.

How can I log in after seeing an invalid or expired token error?

  1. Log in as normal. Just enter your email and password and carry on. The message doesn't block the login boxes.

  2. Forgotten your password? Use "Forgot password" on the login page to reset it.

  3. Still seeing the error after logging in? Clear your cookies for tickettailor.com, or try logging in from a private/incognito window.

If you're still stuck after trying these steps, get in touch with our support team and we'll take a closer look.

Why am I seeing an invalid or expired token error?

When you tick "remember me" on a previous login, your browser stores a token so it can sign you back in automatically next time. The "Invalid or expired token" message appears when that saved token has gone stale, usually because:

  • it's been a while since you last logged in

  • you logged in from a different device or browser

  • you cleared cookies, or your browser cleared them for you

Your browser tries the old token first, it doesn't work, and you see the message. That's all it means. It can happen to anyone logging in, whether you're a box office owner or part of a team.
