Sometimes your ticket buyers might contact you saying they've not received a text message confirmation or reminder about their event. You can easily check the delivery status from the Orders section of your dashboard.

  • Head to the Orders section of your dashboard.

  • Under Manage orders, search for the relevant order by name, email, transaction ID or ticket code.

  • Open the order by clicking on it.

  • Under order details, select View full log.

  • You can then see the status of the Order confirmation message, as well as the Event reminder message.

  • You can also check the Method (WhatsApp or SMS message), the Event, and see the dates and times the messages were Scheduled and Sent.

What each SMS status means

Delivered: The message was successfully sent and delivered to your ticket buyer's phone. You'll see a green tick icon.

Sent: The message has been sent but we haven't received confirmation of delivery yet. You'll see a green tick icon.

Scheduled: The message is queued and will be sent at the scheduled time. You'll see a blue clock icon.

Failed: The message couldn't be delivered. This appears with a red warning icon. Hover over the status to see the reason it failed.

Cancelled: The message was cancelled and won't be sent.

💡 Things to note

  • If a message failed because the recipient opted out of messages, they won't receive any future SMS reminders.

  • If a message failed because of an invalid phone number, check the contact details on the order and update them if needed.
