To copy an event between box offices you can use this event copier.
💡 Please note that this is an unofficial feature, which you're welcome to use but we're not able to support any issues if it doesn't work properly.
To copy an event from one box office to a new box office:
Create an Admin API key in the box office with the event you want to copy.
Copy the API key and paste it into the Source Box Office section of the copier.
Now open the box office where you want the new event to be copied.
Create an Admin API key for that box office and paste it into the Target Box Office section of the copier.
Click Load Event Series.
Select the event series you want to copy from the list that appears and click Copy.
Head to Events in your new box office, and you should see a copy of your event. Open it, and make any final adjustments, before previewing and publishing your event.
💡 Things to note
Box office settings won’t copy over - the copier only works to fetch event details.
If your box office uses our new commerce emails system, any custom order confirmation email templates won't be copied over. You'll need to set these up again in the new event.
