Ticket Tailor cannot issue refunds for events hosted on our platform. We are a platform that allows event organisers to sell tickets directly to their audience and set their own ticket terms and conditions.
This means you must contact the event organiser if you want to request a refund. Ticket Tailor never sees or has access to the money you spent on your ticket purchase.
You should find a contact link at the bottom of the ticket booking form, as well as in the footer of the ticket email you received.
You may also find contact details for the event organiser in the same place you found the original link to buy tickets for their event (e.g. their website, Facebook page, or Twitter account). Please note that refunds are at the discretion of the event organiser, in accordance with their terms and conditions.
