How to add a Privacy Policy to your online box office

Head to 'Settings' > 'Privacy policy'

Under GDPR, you must tell attendees why you're collecting their personal data and how you're using it. Usually this information is set out in a privacy policy that the individual can read when they give you their data.

How to add a privacy policy to your Box office

  • Go to 'Box office settings'.

  • Click on 'Privacy policy' from the left-hand menu.

  • Add your privacy policy to the text area and click 'Save'.

  • If you leave your privacy policy blank, the default text will tell ticket buyers to contact you for further details.


💡 Things to note

  • The Privacy Policy link will show on all of your Box office pages.
