Quick event payment started checklist:

☑️ Enable online payments / offline payments to take money for ticket sales

Link your payment processor to your event to create your checkout

Optional: Sell tickets for free by offsetting your fees

Get paid for your tickets


Once you’ve enabled a payment method, e.g. Stripe, connect your payment methods to your event.

  1. Click 'Edit event and tickets'

  2. Scroll to the bottom of your event page.

  3. Select the checkbox for your chosen payment method where it says: 'Customer payment method'.

You can select multiple payment methods for each event if you would like to offer multiple options, for example, payments via debit card as well as bank transfers.
